Built dashboards, milestones, tasks, feedback, change requests, AI daily reports, and risk alerts with Codex-assisted development.
Outcome & boundaries
Uses an LLM to analyze progress and feedback, generating status summaries, risk alerts, and decision items.

The MVP is in local testing and continuous iteration; it is not publicly released.
